Coast: Sevens

During the summer (off-season for the Fifteens team), Coast participates in Sevens tournaments, allowing players to enjoy the sport of rugby nearly all year round.

About Sevens:
Sevens rugby matches are played on the same size field as Fifteens, but only seven teammates play at a time. The game is significantly shorter (just two seven-minute halves), and tends to be more fast-paced than Fifteens matches.
